Navi Savi, a video-driven travel startup, needed to create a business-facing platform that would help partner brands organize and share location-based video content through interactive maps.
Early iterations lacked a clear user flow and cohesive design direction, causing friction during core actions like media uploads, playlist creation, and plan selection. These issues risked slow adoption by partner brands and delayed the product’s go-to-market timeline.
Role & Process:
· I took full ownership of the early-stage UX and UI design as the sole designer on the project, translating business requirements into mobile-first user experiences and establishing a foundation for future prototyping and testing.
· Mapped the core user flow architecture for critical actions like media upload, playlist setup, and plan selection.
· Designed mobile-first screens and interactive prototypes to validate the flows before development.
· Established a visual design system to ensure consistency and scalability across iOS, Android, and responsive web.
· Worked in Lean UX cycles within Agile sprints, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to validate feasibility and accelerate iteration.

I delivered a mobile-first, scalable interface that clarified the brand platform’s core interactions, ensuring media upload, playlist creation, and plan selection were simple and intuitive. The designs set a cohesive visual direction and built a foundation of reusable components, enabling the development team to move quickly into prototyping, testing, and iterative releases across iOS, Android, and web.
Impact:
Although still in development, the designs I produced became the foundation for Navi Savi’s business platform, providing a tested, scalable UX structure that accelerated the product’s development timeline. The new architecture and UI reduced unnecessary steps in the upload and setup process, which, based on internal testing, is projected to shorten task completion times by 20% and improve adoption by partner brands once launched.
