I was in charge of the launching campaign of the new Y9a phone. 
I was in charge of the adaptation of all the communication materials, for OOH, Social Media and Display for la launch and ensure the visuals not only met the deadline but also resonated with our Latin American audience.
HQ requested models be included in the visuals, But I realized the ones they had didn't reflect our target market. I created a new visual by editing the original key art with Latin models from stock imagery. Despite initial hesitations from the China marketing team, my managers supported my approach.
I delivered the campaigns with two KV one with only the phones for small display materials and with models for light fixtures. We saw a notable increase in foot traffic and interest in the product. Ultimately, the Y9a became one of Huawei's best-selling phones in LATAM for 2021
